will be participating in Immunovant\u2019s BLOOM clinical study of an investigational treatment for patients with Sjogren\u2019s Disease (SjD). On this website, you will find general study information that may be of interest to you, your colleagues, and your patients.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ead185a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ead185a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The investigational treatment, IMVT-1402, is an FcRn inhibitor and has been evaluated in single and multiple doses in healthy volunteers. Secondary objectives include evaluating how effective the investigational medication is in reducing the disease activity of Sjogren\u2019s disease compared to placebo as assessed by the change from baseline in Physician Global Assessment of Disease Activity (PhGA) score.\u202f\u00a0\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a745094 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a745094\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Two dose levels will be evaluated over a 48-week blinded treatment period. Eligible participants will be randomized to receive once weekly injections of a higher and lower dose of the investigational medication or placebo. Participants who complete the study through the Week 48 visit will be given an opportunity to enter a separate long-term extension (LTE) study. Participants not enrolled in the LTE study will have a follow-up period that lasts 4 weeks.
